NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that an the 6th
day of April, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public
hearing will be held by the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve
a vacate request by Advanced Heat
Treat to vacate approximately 650
square feet of Sewer and Utility Ease-
ment in the -M-1" Light Industrial Dis-
trict located at 2839 Burton Avenue,
legally described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of
Lot 6 of Airline -Burton Industrial Park,
also being the Northeast Corner of
Lot 8 of Airline -Burton Industrial Park;
thence S00'06'00"E 42.06 feet along
the West line of said Lot 6; thence
S08°38'24"E 101.01 feet to the South
line of said Lot 6; thence 589°28'54"W
15.00 feet along the South line of said
Lot 6 to the Southwest Corner of said
Lot 6; thence S00°02'15"E 52.71 feet
along the East line of sald Lot 8 to
the North line of the South 307 feet
