RESOLUTION NO. 2013-68
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN HOMELAND SECURITY
INVESTIGATIONS (HSI) OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA
AND THE WATERLOO POLICE DEPARTMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BY DIRECTOR OF SAFETY SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated February 4, 2013, for
the reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Waterloo Police
Department from the Treasury Forfeiture Fund related to work on
joint operations, by and between Homeland Security Investigations
(HIS) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo Police
Department, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Director
of Safety Services authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2013.
