RESOLUTION NO. 2013-70
RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
COLLEGE SQUARE MALL PARTNERS, LLC OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the License Agreement dated February 4, 2013, in the amount
of $3,250.00, to open a satellite operation of the Phelps Youth
Pavilion within a 3,000 square foot location at College Square
Mall, by and between College Square Mall Partners, LLC of Cedar
Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2013.
