RESOLUTION NO. 2013-71
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR DEMOLITION
AND SITE CLEARANCE, GROUP NO. 177-D-NSP3-01-
28-13, WITH LEHMAN TRUCKING AND EXCAVATING,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Demolition and Site Clearance, Group No.
177-D-NSP3-01-28-13 dated February 4, 2013, in the amount of
$41,035.00, for demolition and site clearance services for the
following properties: 523 Dawson Street, 311 Adams Street, 426
Adams Street, 635 Sumner Street, 109 Oneida Street, 106 Linn
Street and 203 Dane Street (garage only), by and between Lehman
Trucking and Excavating, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2013.
