RESOLUTION NO. 2013-74
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated February 4, 2013, to
provide technical and professional services to the County,
including Code Enforcement Services, Building Inspection
Services, Planning and Zoning Administration, and Issuance of
E911 Addresses, effective February 1, 2013, by and between Black
Hawk County and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2013.
