RESOLUTION NO. 2016-615
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $49,500.00 IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2017 GATEWELL REPAIR PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 1, 2016 between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $49,500, in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Gatewell Repair Project, and authorize Mayor to execute said
document, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1"day of August 2016.
