RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2
TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
RECREATION ENGINEERING & PLANNING, OF BOULDER,
COLORADO, IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,430.00, PAID FOR WITH
WDC GAMING FUNDS, FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND
DESIGN IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
WHITEWATER COURSE ON THE CEDAR RIVER IN DOWNTOWN
WATERLOO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement dated August 1,
2016 between Recreation Engineering & Planning, of Boulder, Colorado and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$32,430.00,paid for with WDC Gaming Funds, for preliminary
engineering and design in conjunction with the construction of a whitewater course on the Cedar
River in downtown Waterloo, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this I"day of August 2016.
