RESOLUTION NO. 2013-75
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO PROPERTY
EXCHANGE AGREEMENT WITH ANDREW W. LUSSON OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Property Exchange Agreement dated
February 4, 2013, to increase the original reimbursement of
expenses for the relocation in the amount of $51,600.00 to
$56,118.00, by and between Andrew W. Lusson of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2013.
