RESOLUTION NO. 2013-76
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
JANET KENDALL-POST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated February 4, 2013, at a cost of
$1.00 per year, for property located on Riverside Drive just west
of 903 Riverside Drive, for the period January 1, 2013 to
December 31, 2013, by and between Janet Kendall -Post of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2013.
