T. Wilson, Supt., of the Sewage Disposal -Plant, recomending various adjustments in sewage disposal charges, be received, placed on file and recommendations approved. • On roll call Burtner, Dolan, Joder, Shane, Strang and Turner voted. Bar- ber, on assessments to be made under petition & waiver for sewer on Eureka Street under Sewer Contract No. 45, was received and placed on file. 15497 - 0n motion by Shane, seconded by Strang the Annual Report of Waterloo Fire De- partment for the year ending March 31, 1941, was received and placed on file. 15498 - An Ordinance restricting parking to two hours on parts of Commercial Street, Tefferson Street, West First Street, Bluff Street establishing a boulevard on part of Jefferson Street, prohibiting parking on part of Bayard. Street, repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith and providing a penalty for the violation thereof, was read by the Clerk. Moved by Strang, seconded by Dolan that the rules be suspended for the purpose of placing said ordinance on its passage, being Ordinance No. 1600.
