Slippy, Chairman, of the Board of Health, in the Chair. Present: J. D. Burtner, T. E. Dolan, Earl B. Joder, Dewey W. Strang and. Claude J. Turner. Absent: Stanley B. Shane. City Health Physician, Dr. R. W. Driver, made a report to the Board on the condition of various contaminated wells investigated by him o r by the Health Department, and also reported on various other health conditions relating to the City of Waterloo. On motion by Burtner, seconded by Dolan a list of locations where well waterhas been analyzed by the City Chemist was received and placed on file. I:oved by Joder, seconded by Dolan that the City 1--ealth Officer, Dr. R. W. Driver, be instructed to notify the 'iaterloo Yedical Association and the County Board of Supervisors that all inspections desired of the city be requested of the City ealth Physician by telephone or personal calls and tl)en be confirmed in writing.
