Dear City of Waterloo, Planning and Zoning
I am submitting this proposal to provide lawncare and snow removal services for the City of
Waterloo. We are committed to delivering reliable and high -quality services at a
competitive and cost-effective rate. Our goal is to provide the city with consistent lawn
maintenance while helping manage overall costs within the budget. P&J lawncare is
requesting to cut at lease 60 or 65 city properties and lots at the lowest bids, in the contract
it said that the bids could be split between the contractors.
Services will be performed on a regular (weekly or bi-weekly) schedule, with flexibility
based on weather and city needs. A detailed pricing breakdown is available and reflects
our commitment to providing excellent service at a reasonable and affordable rate.
We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposal and are confident in our ability to
