ORDNANCE, BY AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10.4-4. APPROV-
ING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO TO REZONE APPROX-
IMATELY 1.25 ACRES FROM "M-1"
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO
"B-P" BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT
LOCATED SOUTH OF US HIGHWAY
218 AND EAST OF BLACK HAWK
CREEK, AT THE EASTERLY DEAD
