RESOLUTION NO. 2013-82
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH DEERE & COMPANY OF MOLINE,
ILLINOIS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated February 4, 2013,
to allow the use of City right-of-way for a communication system,
by and between Deere & Company of Moline, Illinois and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
