RESOLUTION NO. 2026-190
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVISION ARCHITECTURE, FOR AN INCREASE OF $380,000.00 FOR THE RENOVATION OF 100 E. 4TH STREET FOR THE NEW
WATERLOO CITY HALL AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has entered into a Professional Services Agreement with INVISION Architecture in connection with the renovation of 100 E. 4th Street for the new
Waterloo City Hall; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to approve Amendment No. 3 to said Professional Services Agreement to provide for an increase of $380,000.00 for additional services related to the renovation
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interests of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with INVISION Architecture.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that:
1. Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and INVISION Architecture, providing for an increase of $380,000.00 for the renovation
of 100 E. 4th Street for the new Waterloo City Hall, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
