RESOLUTION NO. 2026-04
RESOLUTION APPROVING A WATERLOO FIBER
INVESTMENT POLICY AND APPROVING APPOINTMENT
OF ERIC LAGE AS TREASURER UNDER SAID POLICY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Waterloo Fiber Investment
Policyand appointment of Eric Lage as Treasurer under said policyis hereby approved and the
General Manager of Telecommunications is directed to distribute copies thereof to Waterloo
Fiber employees.
