RESOLUTION NO. 2013-97
RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
HALVORSON TRANE OF CLIVE, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Service Agreement dated February 11, 2013, at a rate of
$116.50 per hour for up to 50 block hours billed quarterly of
technician maintenance, by and between Halvorson Trane of Clive,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of February, 2013.
