RESOLUTION NO. 2026-177
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH PRO -
WEST & ASSOCIATES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$948.89, TO PROVIDE CUSTOM PROGRAMMING OF THE
SIDEWALK INSPECTION SOFTWARE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, utilizes sidewalk inspection software in
connection with municipal operations; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to enter into an agreement with Pro -West &
Associates to provide custom programming of said sidewalk inspection software; and
WHEREAS, the cost of said services shall be in an amount not to exceed $948.89; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interest of the City to approve said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The agreement with Pro -West & Associates, in an amount not to exceed $948.89, to
provide custom programming of the sidewalk inspection software, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
