RESOLUTION NO. 2026-180
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ENTRUST OF LISLE, ILLINOIS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,810.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FIBER BACKBONE PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is undertaking the Fiber Backbone Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to enter into a Professional Services Agreement
with Entrust, of Lisle, Illinois, for services related to said project; and
WHEREAS, the cost of said services shall be in the amount of $1,810.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interest of the City to approve said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Professional Services Agreement with Entrust, of Lisle, Illinois, in the amount of
$1,810.00, in conjunction with the Fiber Backbone Project, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
