RESOLUTION NO. 2026-182
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$11,846.00, WITH DONALDSON COMPANY, INC.,
SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO EPCI ACQUISITION CORP.,
LOCATED AT 2940 AIRPORT BOULEVARD, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL
PARK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is undertaking the Waterloo Air and Rail Park
Utility Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with said Project, it is necessary for the City to acquire a
Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement over property located at 2940 Airport Boulevard, Waterloo,
Iowa; and
WHEREAS, the City and Donaldson Company, Inc., property owner, successor by
merger to EPCI Acquisition Corp., have negotiated a Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement
Agreement in the amount of $11,846.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interests of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to approve said Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreement between the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and Donaldson Company, Inc., successor by merger to EPCI Acquisition Corp., for
property located at 2940 Airport Boulevard, in conjunction with the Waterloo Air and Rail Park
Utility Improvements Project, in the amount of $11,846.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
