RESOLUTION NO. 2026-152
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
APRIL 20, 2026, TO APPROVE THE FY 2027 BUDGET AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, in the City Hall of the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m., on the 20t
day of April 2026, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the amendment to the current
budget for the City of Waterloo, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April 2026.
