RESOLUTION NO. 2026-162
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF USED
EQUIPMENT/VEHICLES FROM THE FIRE AND RESCUE
DEPARTMENT (PUBLIC WORKS FLEET), VIA THE PURPLE
WAVE WEBSITE.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined that certain used
equipment/vehicles from the Fire and Rescue Department (Public Works fleet) are no longer
needed for municipal purposes and should be sold; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to sell said equipment/vehicles through the Purple Wave
website.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The sale of the following used equipment/vehicles from the Fire and Rescue
Department (Public Works fleet) via the Purple Wave website is hereby approved:
2006 Chevrolet K2500 Silverado
1993 Chevrolet K3500
1998 Pierce Arrow
1992 Pierce Arrow
