RESOLUTION NO. 2026-167
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED.
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2026-2028 COMPLAINT
MOWING WITH COMPLAINT SNOW REMOVAL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, specifications, bid documents, form of contract, and related documents have
been prepared for the 2026-2028 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal project;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary and desirable to confirm approval of said
documents and authorize proceeding with the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The specifications, bid documents, form of contract, and related documents for the
2026-2028 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal project are hereby confirmed and
approved.
2. City staff are authorized and directed to proceed with the bidding and related
procurement process for said project.
