RESOLUTION NO. 2013-12
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH GALLAGHER
BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. OF GREENWOOD VILLAGE,
COLORADO AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY CITY CLERK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated January 7, 2013, for an hourly billing
rate not to exceed $5,000.00 annually, to provide up to two years
of consulting services to develop recommended annual funding
rates and reserve margins, by and between Gallagher Benefit
Services, Inc. of Greenwood Village, Colorado and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2013.
