RESOLUTION NO. 2013-14
RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERLOO CONVENTION AND
VISITORS BUREAU BOARD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR
FUNDING THE FAITH BASKETBALL ACADEMY AND
WATERHAWKS SKI TEAM'S REQUEST FOR A
HOTEL/MOTEL MINI -GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the recommendations from the Waterloo Convention and
Visitors Bureau Board for funding the Faith Basketball Academy to
be held January 26-27, 2013, in the amount of $2,070.00, and for
funding the Waterhawks Ski Team's 2013 Regional Ski Show
Tournament to be held July 26-28, 2013, in the amount of
$2,430.00, be and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2013.
