The CONSULTANT will provide services per the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and in accordance with the scope and schedule presented in Exhibit 'C'. The services will be compensated for in accordance with the fees or hourly rates as presented in Exhibit 'B', for the Project described as: DAKOTA DRIVE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 1. This Amendment is associated with additional Basic Services of the Dakota 3. This Amendment modifies the CONSULTANT's compensation for Basic Services to $579,090.00. Drive Construction Project. 2. This Amendment authorizes the CONSULTANT and establishes fees for the phases stated within Exhibit C.
