RESOLUTION APPROVING REJECTING GRANT
AGREEMENT #CS -TSF -8155(724)-85-07 WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Grant Agreement #CS -TSF -8155(724)-85-07, in the amount of
$500,000.00, for a Traffic Safety Grant for West 4th Street and
Fletcher Avenue, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby rejected.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14thda of January, 2013.
