RESOLUTION NO. 2026-224
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN UPDATE TO THE
ELECTRONIC USAGE POLICY AND RENAMING IT
TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo desires to approve an update to the Electronic Usage
Policy and to rename said policy Technology and Electronic Communications for inclusion in
the City of Waterloo Employee Handbook, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interest of the City to approve said
updated and renamed policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The update to the Electronic Usage Policy, and the renaming of said policy to
Technology and Electronic Communications, for inclusion in the City of Waterloo Employee
Handbook, is hereby approved.
