RESOLUTION NO. 2026-203
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF STANWOOD, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $35,000.00 FOR A 1996 SPARTAN FIRE TRUCK AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been presented with a Purchase Agreement
with the City of Stanwood, Iowa, in the amount of $35,000.00 for a 1996 Spartan Fire Truck,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interest of the City to approve said
Agreement and authorize execution of the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The Purchase Agreement with the City of Stanwood, Iowa, in the amount of
$35,000.00, for a 1996 Spartan Fire Truck, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2026.
