RESOLUTION NO. 2026-204
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $58,100.00 FOR DESIGN -
RELATED SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2026
CEDAR PRAIRIE TRAIL REPLACEMENT, CONTRACT NO.
1142, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been presented with a Professional Services
Agreement with AECOM, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $58,100.00 for
design -related services in conjunction with the FY 2026 Cedar Prairie Trail Replacement,
Contract No. 1142, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interest of the City to approve said
Agreement and authorize execution of the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The Professional Services Agreement with AECOM, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an
amount not to exceed $58,100.00, for design -related services in conjunction with the FY 2026
Cedar Prairie Trail Replacement, Contract No. 1142, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document.
