RESOLUTION NO. 2026-208
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $159,800.00 FOR DESIGN -
RELATED SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH UPGRADES TO
THE EDWARDS STREET STORMWATER LIFT STATION AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been presented with a Professional
Services Agreement with AECOM, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$159,800.00 for engineering -related services for upgrades to the Edwards Street Stormwater Lift
Station, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain AECOM, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa to provide
professional services in conjunction with the Project, and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to approve a
Professional Services Agreement with AECOM, Inc., for such services, in an amount not to
exceed $159,800.00.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Professional Services Agreement with AECOM, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount
not to exceed $159,800.00, for engineering -related services for upgrades to the Edwards Street
Stormwater Lift Station, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
