RESOLUTION NO. 2026-215
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPENSATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,520.00 TO CRV, INC. FOR THE REMOVAL
OF 27.9 SQUARE -YARDS OF CONCRETE PAVING, AND
REMOVAL OF 27.1 SQUARE -YARDS OF ASPHALT
PAVING, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1607-1621 LA
PORTE ROAD, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LA PORTE
ROAD PHASE II RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the La Porte Road Phase II Reconstruction Project, it
has been determined that removal of certain paving improvements is necessary at property
located at 1607-1621 La Porte Road, and
WHEREAS, said removal includes 27.9 square yards of concrete paving and 27.1 square
yards of asphalt paving, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to approve compensation to CRV, Inc.
in the amount of $5,520.00 for such removal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The City Council hereby approves compensation to CRV, Inc. in the amount of
$5,520.00 for the removal of 27.9 square yards of concrete paving and 27.1 square yards of
asphalt paving at property located at 1607-1621 La Porte Road, in conjunction with the La Porte
Road Phase II Reconstruction Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2026.
