RESOLUTION NO. 2026-217
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $137.00 WITH MARK
AND MARY MINARD, LOCATED AT 1432 EDGEWOOD
DRIVE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE KATOSKI
DRIVE/HUNTINGTON ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the Katoski Drive/Huntington Road Reconstruction
Project, the City has negotiated a Temporary Easement Agreement with Mark and Mary Minard
for property located at 1432 Edgewood Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the agreed compensation for said Temporary Easement Agreement is
$137.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interest of the City to approve said
Temporary Easement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Temporary Easement Agreement with Mark and Mary Minard for property
located at 1432 Edgewood Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the Katoski
Drive/Huntington Road Reconstruction Project, in the amount of $137.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2026.
