RESOLUTION NO. 2026-218
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEDICATION OF A
PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO AND SKH PROPERTIES, LLC, LOCATED
AT 330 TOWER PARK DRIVE.
WHEREAS, a Permanent Utility Easement has been proposed between the City of
Waterloo and SKH Properties, LLC for property located at 330 Tower Park Drive, Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interest of the City to approve the
dedication of said Permanent Utility Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The dedication of a Permanent Utility Easement between the City of Waterloo and
SKH Properties, LLC, for property located at 330 Tower Park Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 2026.
