RESOLUTION NO. 2013-34
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 9 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 9 dated January 14, 2013, at an
additional cost of $120,725.00, for on-call services during the
bidding and construction phases of the project between Newell
Street and Donald Street, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 U.S.
Highway 63 Improvements, Newell Street to Donald Street, Contract
No.' 790, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th da of January, 2013.
