RESOLUTION NO. 2013-35
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION CONTRACT FOR
DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES WITH
BENTON'S SAND AND GRAVEL, INC. OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Demolition Contract for Demolition and Site Clearance
Services dated January 14, 2013, in the amount of $15,650.00, for
demolition services with Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials
(RA'CM) of 936 West 7th Street, by and between Benton's Sand and
Gravel, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January, 2013.
