RESOLUTION NO. 2013-41
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE, CONTRACT
NO. 177-D-NSP3-01-28-13 FOR THE FOLLOWING
PROPERTIES: 523 DAWSON STREET; 311 ADAMS
STREET; 426 ADAMS STREET; 635 SUMNER STREET;
109 ONEIDA STREET; 106 LINN STREET; AND 203
DANE STREET (GARAGE ONLY).
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-40, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Demolition and
Site Clearance Project, Contract No. 177-D-NSP3-01-28-13 for the
following properties: 523 Dawson Street; 311 Adams Street; 426
Adams Street; 635 Sumner Street; 109 Oneida Street; 106 Linn
Street; and 203 Dane Street (garage only), in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on January 28, 2013 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 2013.
