RESOLUTION NO. 2013-42
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION TO REJECT
ALL BIDS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE GATES PARK
GOLF COURSE - VIRDEN CREEK EROSION CONTROL
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the recommendation to reject all bids in conjunction
with the Gates Park Golf Course - Virden Creek Erosion Control
Project and re -bid the project, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 2013.
