BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO. IOWA AS FOLLOWS: That the
request by BFA, Inc.. on behalf of Wal-
Mart to vacate 26,821 square feet of
a 20400t water line easement located
at 1334 Flammang Drive, and legally
described as follows:
