RESOLUTION NO. 2013-5
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER AUDIO/VISUAL SOUND SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Audio/Visual Sound System, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Audio/Visual Sound System,
which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-1188 on
December 17, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
January 7, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Audio/Visual Sound
System, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
