RESOLUTION NO. 2013-51
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 12 TO
CONTRACT NO. 08 -DRB -205 WITH IOWA ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (IEDA) AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 12 to Contract No. 08 -DRB -205, dated
January 28, 2013, for Community Development Block Grant Disaster
Recovery Business Assistance Programs, be amended by increasing
the total award amount from $2,394,041 to $2,398,179, by and
between the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
