RESOLUTION NO. 2013-53
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 28, 2013,
at a cost not to exceed $37,500.00, for design investigation,
preliminary and final design and construction plan preparation
pertaining to the slope protection repairs and river wall repairs
for the Fourth Street Bridge and Wall Repairs project, by and
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 2013.
