RESOLUTION NO. 2013-54
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated January 28, 2013, at a
cost not to exceed $9,900.00, for additional design and
construction -related services for the F.Y. 2013 Dry Run Creek
Gate Well Replacement, Contract No. 814, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th
