RESOLUTION NO. 2013-55
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY ASPRO, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 TRAIL REPAIR
PROGRAM - ZONE 1, CONTRACT NO. 825, AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, has under contract
with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain materials and
performed labor at a total cost of $96,953.60 in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2013 Trail Repair Program - Zone 1, Contract No. 825, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
