RESOLUTION NO. 2013-58
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS LOCAL NO. 66 AND
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the revised Collective Bargaining Agreement to include Fire
Marshal and Fire Captains, by and between International Association
of Firefighters Local No. 66 and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 2013.
