The following Change Order has been created to account for additional construction labor and materials
associated with the updated design planfor the Backbone site Riverview Recreation Area (TO 09 / LCP 022).
Reason for Change
—
Due to long lead times with underground USAGE permits for levee crossings, the City requested a redesign to
avoid a crossing along Mitchell Ave & Riverview Recreational Area Trail to serve the Riverview Rec Area. The
new fiber route will be going south on Sheffield Ave to Easton Ave, then going east towards the Waste
Management Administration Building and cutting across towards Mitchell Ave near boat dock parking lot,
and then north on Mitchell Ave towards the recreation area.
