RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2013 U.S. HIGHWAY
63 IMPROVEMENTS - CONGER STREET/NEWELL STREET
TO DONALD STREET, CONTRACT NO. 790, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO AS FEBRUARY 19, 2013, AT
5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH
THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, WITH IDOT BID
LETTING ON FEBRUARY 19, 2013, AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of February, 2013,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 U.S. Highway 63 Improvements -
Conger Street/Newell Street to Donald Street, Contract No. 790,
in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore, with
IDOT bid letting on February 19, 2013.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 2013.
