RESOLUTION NO. 2013-6
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER AUDIO/VISUAL SOUND SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-5, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Audio/Visual Sound System, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on January 7, 2013 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Audio/Visual Sound System
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2013.
