RESOLUTION NO. 2013-539
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF UNIFORMS AND
EQUIPMENT FOR THE WATERLOO POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Safety Services of said
City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Uniforms and Equipment for the Waterloo Police
Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Safety Services did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of
Uniforms and Equipment for the Waterloo Police Department, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2013-469 on June 3,
2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 24,
2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Uniforms and Equipment for the Waterloo Police
Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 2013.
