RESOLUTION NO. 2013-563
RESOLUTION APPROVING AIRPORT MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH TRILLION AVIATION OF AUSTIN,
TEXAS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Airport Management Agreement dated July 1, 2013, in the
amount of $6,500.00 per month, plus expenses, for airport
management consulting, for a term of six (6) months, by and
between Trillion Aviation of Austin, Texas and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of July, 2013.
